SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

MSS Cosmetics International book : Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, allowing us to provide you with the highest level of responsiveness at all times.

The delivery time of the order is divided into two parts:

Delay of treatment : Order verification, personalization, quality control and packaging. Then, the processing and manufacturing time of orders by our workshop takes between 4 to 7 additional working days.

Shipping time: This is the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Delivery abroad (excluding Metropolitan France) usually takes between 15 to 30 working days. US orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a product of the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items generally take 4-14 days to reach their destination, but may take longer depending on the time of year (Christmas, Black Friday, sales, covid-19 etc. ).

Upon shipment you will receive a tracking link to track the delivery of your package on our order tracking page . In case of delay, please contact our Customer service . We will get back to you within 24/48 hours. You may receive your items in different packages , this is due to our restocking for some of our items, we prioritize sending items that are already available and ready for dispatch.

RETURN DETAILS

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer service .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also appear in its original packaging.
Returned products must be shipped within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you received them. Return costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For a parcel return, send an e-mail to our Customer Service.

In the case of a defective or damaged item, please include a photo of the problem and your order number with your e-mail. Our Customer Service will respond to you within 2 working days with the procedure to follow upon your dismissal. Make sure to keep the stamped and dated receipt as proof of sending the return package. Depending on your country, the return time may vary.
